Since 1998 I have been a tenor saxophonist with the
RAT Big Band.

Monday Night Orchestra

Hermann Miesbauer and Manfred Aschauer, the leaders of this mega-project, have succeeded in bringing together more than 20 of the country's most talented jazz musicians and maintaining a culture that is otherwise only found sporadically in the true metropolises of jazz: big band jazz of the highest caliber with sophisticated, contemporary arrangements. From Thad Jones/Mel Lewis, through Bob Brookmayer and Gil Evans, to Miesbauer's own highly acclaimed arrangements.

Ensembles

I also regularly perform in smaller ensembles, including with Gudrun Kaltenbäck, Dominik Eder, Stephan Hametner, Helmar Hill, and Nathalie Brun.
